- Travel East on I-78 to exit 49B
- Merge onto PA-100 North towards Fogelsville
- In 2 miles, turn right onto Orchard Rd
- In 1 mile, right right onto Kernsville Rd
- Continue for 1.5 miles
- Sharp left onto Weidasville Rd (at Leather Corner Post Tavern)
- Stay left at fork to continue on Weidasville Rd
- Travel 1.5 miles and turn right onto Game Preserve Rd
- Continue on Game Preserve Rd and turn right into Lehigh Valley Zoo entrance
- Follow road 1.2 miles to Lehigh Valley Zoo parking lot
