Each year the Lehigh Valley Zoo receives over 6,000 requests for donations from various organizations in our region. As a registered 501(c)(3) charitable organization, we understand the significance of these fundraisers and are happy to partner with members of the community to bring joy and the mission of animal conservation into the lives of others. Due to a high volume of donation requests and limited quantity of available passes, we are unable to participate in all the opportunities presented to us.

We ask that you please review the following carefully before submitting your request. We strictly adhere to the guidelines:

• Requests are reviewed by a committee the month after your submission and notified in that same month.
• Requests should be submitted 2 months prior to your event. 
• You will be notified via email only if your request is being fulfilled.
• Due to the volume of requests we receive inquiries on the status of your request will not be fielded. We appreciate your understanding.
• Requests for individuals with health or financial needs will not be considered.
• Requests from organizations for associate incentives will not be considered
• When granting requests, preference will be given to organizations which share a similar mission to Lehigh Valley Zoo. For a better look at our mission, visit our Overview & Mission page.
• Lehigh Valley Zoo does not grant donations to any organizations that discriminate based on race, color, religion, gender, gender expression, age, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, ancestry, or military status.
• For your request to be considered you must enter LVZTIX in the “Donation Requested” field and fill the form out as complete as possible.
• Granted requests will receive discount codes to be used to reserve online admission for a Family 4 Pack (2 adults and 2 children).
  • The discount code is valid for daytime admission and excludes premium daytime events, after hours events, and Winter Light Spectacular.
  • The discount codes expire 12 months after issue, NOT 12 months from your event, so plan your request accordingly.
    • Ex. My event is in October 2025, so my request should be submitted in August 2025 to receive tickets with an October 31, 2026 expiration date.
• Organizations are welcome to apply multiple times throughout the year. Please keep in mind each organization will be granted only 1 set of tickets each calendar year.
