Let the Zoo come to you! The Zoo’s unique animal ambassadors are a great way to introduce conservation topics to your group. These educational programs are great for school assemblies, library events, scout events, and assisted living centers. Our presentations can be adapted for almost all age groups. These engaging programs incorporate Common Core Standards, Pennsylvania Assessment Anchors and Eligible Content, and science, technology, engineering, arts and math (STEAM).

What animal species are available for a Zoo Reach animal encounter?
We have a wide variety of animal ambassadors available year-round for conservation education programs. Program animals include mammals, birds, reptiles and amphibians including mammals, birds, reptiles, and amphibians. All animals presented will be appropriate for the program audience but due to the needs of our animals we cannot guarantee a specific animal species.
*Scheduling Zoo Reach programs with our animals will be limited to the length of time they can be offsite, travel included. We will do our best to accommodate two hour programs if possible. Thank you for your understanding.
