All you have to do is send the invitations! We provide set up, clean up, decorations, and FUN! Celebrate with family, friends and animal ambassadors at Lehigh Valley Zoo.

Our two-hour daytime birthday parties include:

• All day admission to the Zoo
• An interactive animal presentation
• A guided Zoo tour or creek study
• Pizza or hot dogs with chips, juice, and birthday cake
• Party favors for guests ages 2-12
• General Zoo Animal, Aquatic or Penguin-themed party available. Choose a theme or create your own!

Zoo Membership status refers to party HOST, not party GUEST. A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party date. Birthday party package selection is final upon booking. Additional guests are $12.50 and children under 2 years old are free. Birthday parties are FUN for all ages and available year-round any day of the week.

Birthday Party Theme Options:
Animal Themed: This birthday party includes a general animal theme. Enjoy your party with a Zoo tour guided by a conservation educator, an animal presentation where you get to meet some of the Zoo's animals up close, an animal themed birthday cake, as well as jungle decorations and monkey plates!

Aquatic Themed: It's water, water everywhere for this summertime party package! Start inside the party room with aquatic decorations and a sea creature themed cake. Participate in an animal presentation then enjoy a short walk down to the Jordan Creek. End your birthday by cooling off in the creek while looking for and learning about aquatic creatures with one of our conservation educators. *This party is recommended for children 4 years and older.

Penguin Themed: Penguins are the theme for this exciting party! Enjoy a Zoo tour guided by a conservation educator, then come inside and experience a visit from one of the Zoo's African Penguins! Your room will be decorated with penguin décor and fish plates, and your cake will feature a water theme with a penguin on top!

*Include a Bird of Prey with your Birthday Party!
You can add a Bird of Prey such as a hawk, owl, falcon, or vulture to the themed parties listed above. Choose to have one, two, or three of these beautiful birds visit your party!

Join us for the ultimate nocturnal birthday experience where you and your family and friends can explore Lehigh Valley Zoo at night! For ages 6+

Our Overnight Birthday Adventures include all the activities, supplies, and FUN! In addition, our overnight parties offer a guided nature hike, feeding our contact animals, food, juice, birthday cake, and continental breakfast. Overnight Birthday Adventure price package for 12 guests is $400 for Zoo members and $425 for non-members. Extra guests are $40.00. Half night price for extra guests not staying over is $25.00.

What animal species are available for the Zoo's Birthday Party animal presentation?
We have a wide variety of animal ambassadors available year-round for conservation education programs. Program animals include reptiles and amphibians such as snake, skink, and turtle; birds such as penguin, parrot and crane; and mammals such as a rabbit, ferret, sloth, and porcupine. Due to the needs of our animals, we cannot guarantee a specific animal species. All animals presented will be appropriate for the birthday party guests.
